Authentic & Eco Friendly Jewellery

Handmade jewellery is always something special,

each piece is unique and it is made especially for you!

We are small Family business and here to help you look and feel fabulous!

Handmade items are a great gift for anyone you love or you may just wish to treat yourself!

There are many different styles in our shop.

We understand It's not always easy to decide. If you cannot find anything that takes your fancy we can make a piece according to your wishes, so it will become even more personal and made especially for you!

Every Jewellery piece is created with quality time spent on every detail and the look and style is an intentional part of the design.

Quite often the natural lines of the Gemstones are creating its own Art and each result can be unpredictable and unique.

SUSTAINABLE and ETHICAL JEWELLERY

Our jewellery pieces are made from 100% recycled materials and ethically sourced gemstones.

We take great satisfaction in using non-toxic products during the production process of our Jewellery and Boxes.

Recyclable materials and packaging are used wherever possible.

All precious metals used are 100% recycled.

All our Gemstones are Ethically sourced and Conflict Free.

We use Natural and Lab-created Gemstones as these stones are Eco-Friendly and yet they are definitely still REAL Gemstones.

WHY DO WE USE LAB CREATED GEMSTONES?

Lab-created gemstones have less effect on the ecology of our planet and definitely are conflict FREE!

"Mining natural gemstones is an energy-intensive and ecologically invasive procedure, affecting fragile ecosystems across the world.

Lab-grown gemstones are a victory for the environment, human rights and gemstones supply chain transparency.

WHAT ARE LAB CREATED GEMSTONES?

These gemstones should never be confused with artificial ones. The Lab-created gemstones we use are physically, chemically and optically identical to the natural mined geological gemstones.

AND FINALLY

We are firm believers in helping local small businesses and try our best to source as much of our materials for Jewellery making from within the U.K. In a small way helping minimise air pollution created by Jet Airliners.

Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us,

Best Wishes,

Julia and Allan

ABOUT DESIGNER

Julia Shagal is a Jewellery designer, artist and creative thinker, with a great passion for making silver & gold jewellery with beautiful gems, living in the romantic Little Venice area of London.

She has studied 5 years in Art & Design Academy in her early 20s, worked in the creative field for years and absolutely loves her profession!

Her jewellery designs have Organic style and Free-form lines and also are influenced by French impressionists, Art Nouveau & Art Deco styles, which she very much adores and loves.

She truly believes the positive energy and passion she uses whilst making her jewellery pieces will be passed to customers and help make the world a nicer place.

She loves organic food, nature, music, world cinema, fashion, exotic Italian sports cars & fluffy animals.

Many thanks for reading this and visiting this little store, we hope it's brightened up your day!

Will she say YES?

We are sure if she loves you, she will!

But here is a little Help :) Do you know that all our rings have YES maker stamp inside?

Each Jeweller is given a maker mark as a part of registration at Assay Hallmark office, so each of our jewellery pieces has got this fantastic positive sign!

We absolutely love what we do and every piece is full of creative energy we use while making it.

To achieve anything in life we often need some boost of confidence and we believe this little sign will help you with...

YES JEWELLERY

Alexandrite Engagement ring:

Wow, just wow. I can't believe how perfect this ring is. The beautiful transition of colour as incandescent and natural light change the whole look of the Alexandrite. The attention to detail, the delicate care and time that has been put into this ring. The sizing is perfect. I love it in every single way...... and so does my now fiancé :)  I can't thank you enough for making such a beautiful ring. I will most certainly be coming back.
Thank you again for making part of 2019 so special for both of us. - Simon

JEWELLERY & GEMSTONES CARE

While precious metals and Gemstones Jewellery pieces can last a lifetime, they are not indestructible and should be treated with love and special care.

If you choose to wear your jewellery whilst in the shower/bed/swimming/exercising etc. Or treat the item in any way which is not in line with the original purpose for which it was designed, then it is agreed that you become responsible for any damage that may occur.

To prevent your precious metals, gemstones and pearls from scratching and tarnishing, keep your jewellery in individual boxes or soft pouches.

Avoid contact with domestic cleaning products, cosmetic products, creams, soap, shampoo and hot water. The shine of your jewellery piece can be easily rectified by polishing with a specialist jewellery solution, spray and a soft cloth.

As most precious metals will see the surface damage when in contact with chlorinated water – it’s best to remove all jewellery when in

the shower, bath or swimming pool.

Keep all of your precious metal and gemstones well away from domestic cleaning products and avoid contact with things like perfume, cream and hairspray.

Opal, sapphire, diamond or amethyst – all gemstones are precious. The rule of thumb in caring for gemstones applies to all - for a quick clean, wipe the stones with a soft cloth.

However, some gemstones need to avoid contact with soap, water and liquid cleaners as they can dull the radiant colour of gems and cause erosion - if you are unsure of what's best for your jewellery, please ask us.

Caring for Opal

Opal is a very delicate stone and needs a special care. Store opal jewellery away from other stones to avoid scratching and damage as opal is quite a soft stone. Opal is a hardened silica gel containing 5-10% water the water content of an opal also makes it prone to drying out and cracking. Storing in a tight plastic bag will prevent dehydration.

Precious Pearl Care

Pearls are delicate gems, organic and one of a kind. With a low resistance to heat, it's best to avoid contact with any chemicals and cleaning sprays or products - simply clean with a dry or damp cloth.

We hope you will find your dream jewellery piece in this little boutique and it brings you some joy and happiness.

Thanks for supporting our business and allowing us to continue our dream job!
